How the build went, one stage at a time

Read in order, the way a listing moves from coming soon to sold: where the buyer representation and search agency started, what it cost them, what we built, and what their team can do now.

Starting point

On a desktop the listing inquiry routing section was easy enough to browse. On a phone it collapsed into a deep menu, and the contact link hid well below the fold.

The problem

When it comes to listing inquiry routing, visitors abandoned the menu halfway and phoned instead, doubling the work: they browsed, failed, and then called to be guided.

What we built

The mobile layout was rebuilt around a short navigation path covering an overview, listing status and responsible agent details and a prominent inquiry button. Content blocks were rearranged to match the order visitors actually ask about things.

What changed

With listing inquiry routing, phone visitors complete the journey the site always intended. Staff share one link during calls instead of describing a route through menus.
