Talk to a person
Talk to a person at ListingWebStudio. Email us and we reply within one working day. No call centre, no ticket number for a first enquiry. We work remotely with brokerages across the country, from Texas and Florida to New York and Pennsylvania, so your time zone changes the call we book, not the plan or the price.

What to include so we can answer properly
Roughly how many active listings and agents you run today
Your current IDX or MLS feed, if you have one
The markets you cover, so we can speak to them directly
When you would want to be live, if you have a date in mind

Before you write in
How much of our team's time does this take?
About an hour in total before launch: roughly 20 minutes on the onboarding form, one onboarding call, and a review pass when the build is ready. After that it is whatever time you spend sending us changes, which most brokerages measure in minutes a month.
What happens straight after I buy?
You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your brokerage details, your agent roster, the markets you cover, your IDX or MLS feed credentials, your brand and where enquiries should land, and it takes about 20 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.
Do you need our MLS or IDX credentials before you can start?
We need them to wire the listing feed, but not to start the build. Layout, roster pages, market pages and brand work all begin from your onboarding answers; the feed connection is one step in the process and can follow within the first few days if your board takes time to process access.
How long until my site is live?
7 days on Listing Desk, 10 on Brokerage Floor while the AI agents are trained on your listings and roster, and 15 on Portfolio Scale with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner you are live.
Can you work alongside the CRM and tools we already pay for?
Yes. Enquiries route into whatever you already use by API, Zapier or Make, including GoHighLevel, and we are happy for your CRM, your calendar and your ad accounts to stay exactly where they are. The website is the part we run.
What do I actually pay, and when?
You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $137, $297 plus AI usage, or $747 a month. The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.
How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?
Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.
