20 builds, told from the first inquiry to the handover

Each case study follows one client from what their site offered before, through what we built and how long it took, to what their team says changed. Real clients, published with permission, with business names left out.

How to read one of these

Every case study runs in the same four stages, the way a listing runs from coming soon to sold, so two builds can be compared side by side.

  1. Stage 1

    Starting point

What the site offered before we touched it, described plainly and without blame.

  2. Stage 2

    The problem

What that cost the team day to day: the calls, the clarifying replies, the inbox nobody owned.

  3. Stage 3

    What we built

The pages, fields and routes that replaced it, and the features each one draws on.

  4. Stage 4

    What changed

What the team can do now that they could not before, in their words, with no invented figures.

Questions about these case studies

Are these real clients?

Yes. Every case study and every quote on this page comes from a real ListingWebStudio client engagement and is published with the client's permission. No rating, score or review count is attached to any of them, because none was given.

Why is there no business name on any of them?

Business names, logos and web addresses are left out on purpose. Each client is described by business type, size and region instead, and each quote is attributed to the person who gave it and their role.

How long did these builds take?

Between 10 and 25 working days, counted from the day the client approved the content, and each window includes staff review and handover. A new ListingWebStudio site on Listing Desk is live in 7 days from the onboarding call.

Is this kind of work included in the monthly fee?

Yes. Inquiry forms, routing, confirmation pages, reference pages, redirects and handover notes are part of every plan, from $137 a month. The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it.

Can we see something like this for our own business?

Yes. Book a demo and we walk through a build close to your business's size and inventory, including how inquiries would reach the right person on your team.
