Real estate team website design that grows with the roster, not just the founder

A real estate team website design works when every agent on the team has a real profile page and a real share of the site's traffic, so the team lead is not the only name the site points visitors toward.

The problem with team pages built for one founder

Most team sites start as one agent's personal site and get a "meet the team" page bolted on later. New members get a headshot and a sentence, with none of their own listings, bio depth or lead routing. As the team grows past three or four people, that structure stops representing the business accurately.

Designing from the roster outward

Instead, the site structure starts from the roster: every agent gets a real profile page, their own listings filtered from the shared inventory, and their own routing so an enquiry on their listing reaches them directly. The team-wide brand stays consistent while each agent still has visible identity.

Specialty and market pages by agent

Where agents specialize by market, price range or property type, the site can group and filter the roster by specialty, so a buyer looking for a luxury specialist or a first-time buyer specialist finds the right person without cold-emailing the general inbox.

What you get

What runs after launch, every week

This service is not a project that ends on launch day. The same monthly fee carries the work that keeps the site accurate, fast and found.

  • A weekly pass over the details

Listing data, roster changes, market copy and anything you flagged since the last update.

  • 5 revisions a month, any size

Requested from your client portal and completed within 2 to 5 working days, with no hourly billing anywhere.

  • Researched articles every week

Two a week on the first two plans, three on the top plan, each tied to named sources and linked to the pages they support.

  • Hosting, domain and security

Managed Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN and unmetered bandwidth, plus one domain registered in your name.

  • Analytics, consent and conversions

Google Analytics 4 behind a consent banner that really gates tags, Search Console connected, conversion events defined per form and call.

  • The compliance pages you need

Privacy, cookies, accessibility statement, fair housing and your IDX attribution and disclaimer page, written for your site.

What clients say about the build

Inquiry form and response workflow for listing inquiry routing

We expected a prettier website; what we actually use every day is the new form. The form gathers listing reference, buyer question and contact preference at the start, exactly the details our follow-up messages always requested. We answer properly on the first reply far more often than we used to.

Mobile navigation and page layout for listing inquiry routing

We reviewed the draft on phones rather than a big screen, deliberately. The important details sit near the top and the inquiry button is impossible to miss. Sending the link by text during a call finally works the way it should.

Questions about real estate team website design

What happens when someone joins or leaves the team?

Adding or removing an agent is a single revision request; a full profile page goes live within your plan's turnaround, or is retired with listings reassigned per your instructions.

Can the team share one domain with individual agent pages under it?

Yes, that is the default structure: one team domain with a page per agent underneath it, which is also how the SEO benefit of the team's combined content compounds for every member.

Should a team site sit under the brokerage site or on its own domain?

Both work, and it usually comes down to who owns the brand. A team with its own identity and its own marketing budget is better on its own domain, because the content and links compound for the team rather than the parent brokerage. If your brokerage agreement requires you to sit underneath its domain, we build to that instead.

How do enquiries get split between team members?

By the page they came from. A listing enquiry goes to the listing agent, an agent profile enquiry goes to that agent, and market or general enquiries follow whatever rule you set at onboarding, such as round robin or a named lead coordinator.

Can agents have their own hours and calendars on their page?

Yes. Each profile can link to that agent's own booking calendar, so a showing request reaches their availability rather than a shared inbox. On the plans with the AI Engine, showings can be booked into it directly.

What if an agent leaves the team?

Their page is retired or redirected and their listings are reassigned as you instruct, in one revision. Because each agent is data rather than a hand-built page, none of that touches the rest of the site.

Do individual agents get their own analytics?

Page-level analytics show which agent pages and listings produce enquiries, and conversion events carry the page they fired on. That is usually more useful to a team lead than per-agent logins nobody checks.

Can we show team production numbers or awards?

Only if they are real and you can support them. We publish figures you supply and attribute them; we never invent a statistic, a sales volume or a rating, and we will not publish anything that reads as a performance claim without a source.
